11” latex

  • Ceiling Balloon Calculator/Formula

    11-inch balloon = .66 sq. ft. covered by each balloon

    Example formula 10 ft. x 10 ft. ceiling = 100 sq. ft. divided by .66 = 152, 11" latex

  • $3.99 per 11” latex balloon + delivery

  • Extra charge for the following:

    Foil streamer tail

    Extra long ribbon (6-7ft standard length)

    • Balloons will arrive bagged and ready to be released in your space.

    • Be sure ventilation system is not running. This includes heat and A/C units.

    • Confirm lighting is LED. Heat will cause balloons to pop!

    • We are not responsible if balloons escape

    • $250 flat fee is applied if we have to return to retrieve any balloons that escape

    • Please manage your guests and children so that they do not get out of hand. Your venue will charge you for damages and or extra clean up caused by guest who mishandle balloons.

Mirror Ball Ceiling

  • This ceiling design is all about the drama! Mirror balls elevate your event to new heights! Each design is customized to your space

  • Estimate required. Cost based on size of mirror balls used, area and quantity. A site tour is recommended.

    • Site tour may be necessary

  • Extra charge for the following:

    • Ceiling must be prepared with exposed pipes or lighting tracks to hang balloons and or pre hung hooks.

    • Additional rigging materials such as adhesive and hooks may be necessary.

Air-Filled Foil Orbz

  • Add some elegance to your space. Air-filled mirror balls are suspended from the ceiling to create a simple but stylish ambiance.

  • $18-$25 per foil orb + cost for rigging materials and installation

  • Your ceiling must be equipped to hang balloons. Adhesives may be required.
