We are thrilled you have chosen to celebrate New Year’s Eve with us! As you know, NYE is a popular celebration time. Due to the increase in demand for balloon decor, we will not be able to offer our full range of services during this time. Delivery only and no installations. I apologize for any inconvenience. We will offer placement services if the space is ready between 9am-5pm on December 31. If not, you will need to arrange a storage plan and recruit your staff to place decor.
To initiate the ordering process, complete the request form and I will follow up to discuss your order and you will receive a non-refundable Save-the-date deposit invoice via email. Once payment is made, your order will be processed and our services secured for that date.
Strike or next day balloon removal is not available. Clients will be responsible for popping and tossing decor. We will pick up equipment the following week. This includes all stands, bases and structures used to build your decor.
