Delivery

We offer delivery and set up in the Vail Valley, Monday through Saturday to businesses, residences, hotels, venues, restaurants and hospitals.

  • Fill out our contact form to arrange for delivery or pickup. For same day deliveries, please call to determine our availability (970) 331 2384.                          

  • Full payment is due prior to delivery or pickup. Once payment is processed your order will be placed on our calendar.

Basic Delivery includes the following:

  1. We will meet you at the door

  2. Unpack balloons

  3. Set them up in a safe area

  4. Snap some pics for our portfolio!

Anything assistance outside of this basic delivery service is considered a setup and an appropriate fee will be applied.

Saturday 10am-2pm

Sunday CLOSED or by appointment (additional fees apply)

Minimum order + Areas of delivery

  • $65-$85 minimum order for locations in the Vail Valley

  • $100+ minimum for deliveries to Wolcott, Eagle and Gypsum

  • $500+ for locations outside Eagle County (Apspen, Denver, Summit County)

Delivery Fee

Delivery fees are based on the nature of your order, location and access to venue. All fee’s are subject to change.

  • $15 for small orders within close proximity to our workshop in Avon 

  • $18-$25+ for standard deliveries within the Vail Valley

  • 25+ for standard deliveries to Wolcott, Eagle and Gypsum

  • $200+ for locations outside Eagle County

Cancelation Policy

Disclaimer

  • Our delivery team will only be responsible for delivery. You will assume responsibility after the balloons left our care.

  • Se tup fees will apply if you require our assistance beyond basic delivery. See setup fees for more info.

  • Someone must be at the location to intercept balloons. Or we must have access to the location. If you miss the delivery window, you will have to reschedule and pay additional fees.

  • We provide a 2 hour delivery window. Please be available during that time.

Set up Services

We offer set up services if you have special instructions, or if you need our assistance.

We charge $45 per half hour/per person in addition to delivery fee

  • We may need to bring 2 people depending on the scope of set up.

  • Set up is different than installation. Installations require a detailed proposal.

Installation

Let’s get the party started! We offer full decor and installation services and are familiar with most venues and properties in the Valley! We understand the logistics of working in the mountains and have an experienced team available to work indoor or outdoor!

Phone Chat/Onsite meeting

Let’s talk details! The next step is to schedule a phone chat or an onsite meeting. We will discuss design options, expectations as well as general pricing.

Proposal

Within 3-5 business days a proposal will be sent along with light computer renderings and pricing. 

Invoice/Contract

After the design is approved, we will follow up with a contract and invoice. Depending on the date, either a $150 service retainer fee, or 50% deposit is required. All payments are due in full prior to delivery/installation. 

Logistics

Our team will coordinate additional logistics to ensure the venue is prepared for our arrival.
