Delivery
$100 minimum in Vail Valley
Basic deliveries start at $28 depending on location, access, and the nature of the order.
Premium locations: $300 minimum
Eagle & Gypsum: $500 minimum with limited availability
Installation
$300 minimum for indoor installations
$500 minimum for outdoor installations
Installation fee is 30% of the subtotal
Outdoor Notice
Shade and proper structural support are required for all outdoor installations.
Wind is a major factor. Balloons can act like sails, even in light breeze.
Outdoor décor cannot be guaranteed. Sun, heat, altitude, and weather may cause popping, fading, or movement.
Not all orders qualify for outdoor installation.
I do not accept all outdoor requests due to safety and liability considerations.
No refunds for weather-related issues.
Balloon Policy
I do not inflate or install third party balloons.
This includes Amazon kits or balloons purchased elsewhere.
This helps ensure quality, consistency, and longevity.
All pricing is based on indoor setups. Outdoor installations require upgraded bases, which typically add $25–$50.
