  • Delivery fees: Calculated by distance, access, and time. Some venues require valet, loading docks, or extra time to navigate.
  • Installation fees: Larger installs, arches, garlands, and freestanding decor typically include a 30 percent installation fee that covers setup time, staffing, equipment, and on site assembly.
  • Pickup vs. delivery: Grab and go items are available for pickup from my workshop. Most helium pieces and larger designs require delivery to protect the balloons and ensure quality.
  • Peak dates: Major holidays and busy event weekends may include premium pricing due to limited availability.
  • Custom work: Personalized themes, specialty foils, vinyl, and color matching are quoted individually based on materials and design time.
  • Final pricing: Prices listed here are guiding estimates. Your total is confirmed once your inquiry form is reviewed and all event details are finalized.
